Susan Gibbons
ABOUT ME
Susan Gibbons is a private in-home daycare provider who enjoys writing romance fiction and inspirational fiction. “The Mirror” is her debut romance book. It is the first in The Dreamers Trilogy. She has short stories published in “A Journey of Words” by Scout Media, "Fireburst" by Clarendon House Books, and "Love Dust" by Pixie Forest Publishing. She has several flash fictions published by Scout Media, Zombie Pirate Publishing, Clarendon House, and Spark Magazine. She has more publications coming up by the end of 2019.
When she is not conjuring up her next writing project, she keeps busy with cooking, listening to music, playing the piano, and traveling. She is an Ohio native where she lives with her husband, four children, and a grandson.
TWELVE FACTS ABOUT ME:
1. I go by Susy or Susan, but my husband, Mike, calls me Jesus in Spanish "Hey, Suse!"
2. I'm a HUGE Philadelphia Eagles fan! (I miss Andy Reid, but Doug Pederson is good!)
3. I'm a germaphobe with OCD tendencies.
3a. My dad nicknamed me MONK when the TV Show Monk came out.
4. My alcoholic drink of choice is white Moscato wine or Rum.
4a. Non-alcoholic? Unsweet tea.
5. I play piano, flute, xylophone, and some percussion.
6. My favorite band is Metallica.
7. I am hard of hearing & refuse to wear hearing aids.
8. I lived in Uruguay when I was 17 and felt more at home there than anywhere else. It's considered my 1st home.
9. I'm a Hallmark channel junkie and one day hope to see my inspirational romance books shown there.
10.Socks are my favorite piece of clothing.
10a. I dragged my kids around Philadelphia on vacation just to find a pair of Philadelphia Eagles socks, which I ended up finding in a mall in Connecticut!
11. I became a first-time Your Highness to a grandson, Castiel, and love it!
12. My favorite time of day is 11 pm.
